CANCELED
EVENTS
If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer. This typically happens within 30 days of the original date of the show.
Special rules apply to certain kinds of tickets (including transfer tickets and tickets you purchased but then resold). There are no refunds for any comp tickets or tickets won through a contest or any other on-cash value tickets
If you were offered a special promotion where the promoter offered you another show in place of the one that was cancelled you will not be entitled to a refund. This includes a credit for future events
RESCHEDULED /
POSTPONED EVENTS
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event. The status of your event, and any options available, can always be found in your Eventbrite account
If you have tickets to an event promoted by ST Concerts that has been postponed for more than 90 days—and no rescheduled dates have been announced – a 30-day window for refunds will open at that time after the 90 days has passed from the original show date
If the event is a music festival and goes by the name of a music festival and the lineup changes there are no refunds as long as the festival is the same genre of music and same level of talent
If ST Productions offers you any special promotion such as free tickets to another show while they are waiting to confirm new dates and a ticket holder takes advantage of that promotion they have automatically opted in for the original show purchased and there can be no refund
ST Productions prides itself on taking care of our ticket holders and to always have open communication to everyone.
